Join the Illinois Recovery Workforce Network to receive job alerts, training opportunities, peer resources, and updates on workforce efforts across the state.
Members are invited to participate in monthly gatherings, held virtually or in person, where partners identify workforce gaps related to substance use disorder, share resources, and develop strategies to support employment, training, and recovery-focused workforce pathways.
As a member, you can:
> Help identify workforce gaps connected to substance use disorder
> Support employer engagement and workforce investment strategies
> Strengthen communication between employers, providers, and workforce partners
> Coordinate employment services for individuals facing barriers to work
> Build partnerships for workforce training, placement, and career pathways
> Connect employers with the Illinois One-Stop Delivery System
